We are accessible by phone during normal business hours and by email 24/7. We encourage patients with any questions or concerns to contact us.

What if I run out of medicine?
You should contact our office 7-10 days before your medicine is expected to run out. But if you find yourself in a position where you are out of medicine, contact our office as soon as possible.
If I feel better, should I stop taking medicine that was prescribed?
My insurance was terminated. What do I do?

What should I do if I receive a bill from a laboratory?

What is your policy on doctors’ notes (sick notes)?

What tests do you typically perform?
We offer bloodwork, electrocardiograms (EKG/ECG), and Pap smears in our office. The blood we draw is sent to a laboratory for analysis. For radiology/imaging needs, we refer our patients to third-party imaging centers. If a specialist orders a test that we do not perform, there is no need to contact us; you may go directly to a laboratory service center to have the test done.
